I would travel trough time for you. SDC148: Steampunk

This week i made a card for the CHALLENGE 148 of Stampotique. the theme is Steampunk.

I started with a background and cut out some words and adhire it to the background.

Than i made the gears.
I used Gilding flakes by Indigo blue. Its such a fun working with it. As you can see i cut out the gears and applied glue on it.
Than i put some flakes over it and they adhire to the glue, and only to the glue, other parts will not have the glimmer on it.
After rubbing over it with the black pad all the little parts of the flakes come of. Now you can see the gears with a metal look.

After that i coloured the images with my Copicmarkers and with 3d foam i adhire them on the card.

Last but not least i used some chit chat stickers from Tim Holtz and made a black line for shading.

I hope you like the card. Thanks for all the comments.
till next time.

SDC147. TAGS

Hi everyone,
Thanks for watching again and the great comments on my last card.

This card is made for challenge147 of Stampotique Designers Blog

This time its about using a tag. I first made the background from a old book. With a stamp i stamped the clocks and put some black embossingpowder over it. Then i stamped in the 2 upper corners a clock with versamark. After that i used PanPastels to color the page and you can see the clocks appear. I love this technique. really cool. (you can see it on the image above, i forgot to take a photo of it)

With a nestabillitie i cut out the background and the tag. i think they are from Marianne Design. On the tag i stamp with versamark the text Tick, Tock.. and some little clocks.

Then i colored the image and adhere it to the tag. The tag itselfs is on 3d foam to rais it up a bit.

i hope you like the card, i loved working on it and enjoying the sun in my workspace.
have a great sunday.
